Exceptional Building Inspections was founded in 1999 by Robert Taylor in Toronto, New South Wales, Australia. About Founder

Robert Taylor has over 30 years experience in the Building Industry. Over 20 of which he spent building homes and businesses with his license as a Licensed Builder, starting out at just an apprentice carpenter before rising through the ranks to complete all of his necessary qualifications. He's been teaching carpentry skills for two decades now too - both formally as part-time TAFE teacher and informally on weekends during barbecues or by passing down tips from father who was also a builder himself; after all these years it seems that Robert is still learning new things every day! Robert has spent 4.5 years as a Building Technical Officer assessing claims derived from other Building and Timber Pest Inspectors, preparing courses for Owner Builders, A. V Jennings & TAFE Training Organisations while delivering presentations at various Conferences/Building Consultant Associations related to them in NSW and QLD; he's also an accredited Swimming Pool Certifier with many published articles informing the building industry on matters relevant to it - which Robert is a member of Australian Society of Consulting Engineers because not only does his expertise allow him do so but this allows access into their research papers relating to different construction issues that have been researched before Robert has done some pretty interesting work over these past four-and-a halfs years including.
