Jonathan Toussaint’s professional life has been dedicated to the not-for-profit community sector. This has included over 25 years’ experience in clinical leadership and executive management roles in the areas of disability, mental health and children’s services. Prior to commencing his role as CEO at Thorndale, Jonathan served as the CEO of a NDIS approved provider, and more recently was responsible for the rollout of the National Disability Insurance Agency’s (NDIA) ‘best practice’ in early childhood intervention across Australia. Jonathan Toussaint successfully delivered a succinct set of recommendations for the NDIA, and stakeholders across the country, which elevate the sector to a benchmark level of delivery for children with a disability or developmental delay.
