ConnectAbility Australia was founded in 1992 by a group of community members and families in [[Warabrook]], [[New South Wales]], [[Australia]]. ConnectAbility is governed by a Board consisting of volunteer community and consumer representatives. ConnectAbility Australia follow The Aged Care Act 1997 and associated Quality Standards and associated Principles. ConnectAbility Australia believes every person is entitled to the best life possible. ConnectAbility actively seek community and corporate disability supports and partners to further enhance opportunities and outcomes.
